Ryan Wall Managing New Small Business Exporting Initiative

 

SBDC Logo newRyan Wall is the new Export/Manufacturing Manager at the West Virginia Small Business Development Center. The WVSBDC’s Export Manufacturing initiative provides West Virginia businesses with technical assistance to increase exporting and manufacturing. As statewide liaison, Wall focuses on evaluating the export capabilities of WVSBDC’s small business clients, developing foreign market strategies and coordinating and leveraging resources of other export service providers.

Wall is working with the West Virginia Manufacturing Extension Partnership, a program of West Virginia University Industrial Extension.

Wall received his Master of Arts International Relations from University of Essex (England) and his Masters of Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University, W.Va. He directed export programs for the West Virginia High Technology Consortium Foundation, a nonprofit organization that develops the ability of the region’s high-technology businesses to provide products and services to the global marketplace. Wall held executive positions with technology companies in private industry. Before joining WVSBDC, Wall ran his own mobile app design firm for several years.

The WVSBDC is part of the West Virginia Development Office and creates economic impact through offering entrepreneurs and small businesses cost-effective business coaching and technical assistance. The West Virginia SBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The WVSBDC is an Accredited Member of America’s SBDC network.
