IOF-WV, TechConnectWV Innovation & Entrepreneurship Day at the Capitol

TCWV_logo_highresTechConnectWV and Industries of the Future-WV will host “Innovation & Entrepreneurship Day” on March 11, 2013 at the State Capitol.  Please make plans to attend this special day designed to highlight innovation and entrepreneurial successes in West Virginia.

Anne Barth, TCWV’s Executive Director, said “We also want to promote all of those groups that are working to advance innovation and entrepreneurship across our state by having them add their names as participating organizations for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Day.”  If your organization would like to be listed as a participating group, please contact Barth at anne@techconnectwv.org.

IOF_WV_logoA limited number of exhibit spaces are available in the rotunda of the Capitol Building.  The cost is $10, and registration is required.  The day also will include a special luncheon by IOF-WV (there is a $15 per person cost to attend) at the Culture Center during which there will be presentations of the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Industrial Energy Efficiency and the Governor’s Award for Leadership in Advanced Green Manufacturing.  Please visit IOF-WV’s web site to register for exhibit space or the luncheon: http://www.iofwv.nrcce.wvu.edu.

In addition, TechConnectWV will host an afternoon forum in the House Chamber immediately following lunch.  (More details to come.)
